and so the eleventh day - I know it should be Monday but I am having Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off. Today I thought it would be nice to do nature,s own winter decorations.
A very large Rose Hip
Ivy berries great colours and shapes
these little buds turn into wonderful white flowers
Dried Oak Leaves
these I call Spruce Nuts they are square and very small compared to normal cones
Pyracantha berries we have these yellow and also red ones here in the garden
here we have some of our miniature apples the are only about one centimeter around and later in the winter they will be devoured by the birds
little black gems - sloe berries - Sue soaks them in Gin for some reason ?
wild clematis seeds look great in winter and fill the trees around here
a Maple seed pod and lastly the mandatory teasel
